BLUFFTON, Ohio - The Bluffton University women's golf team placed sixth at the Beaver Fall Classic after shooting a 719 for the weekend. The Beavers went 356 and 363 at their annual event at the Bluffton Golf Club.

Leading the way for Bluffton was junior Hope Manning (South Charleston/Southeastern) who followed her 84 from Saturday with a pert 83 on Sunday for a 167 which tied her for 7th as an individual. Gabby Green (Beavercreek/Carroll) followed with a 177 on the strength of 87-90 over the past two days. Sophomore Keylee Goerss (Hamilton/Talawanda) carded a 183 for the weekend thanks to a career-low 85 on day one.

Junior Alyssa Begoon (Hamilton/Talawanda) dropped eight strokes off her Saturday round with a 92, while sophomore Kendall Van Horn (Wharton/Upper Sandusky) was 11 shots better with her 102.

Bluffton will finish up its 2025 fall slate with a trip to Anderson University for the HCAC Fall Preview. Day one is slated for Saturday, Oct. 11.
