KOKOMO, Ind. - The Bluffton University men's golf team opened the IUK Spring shootout with a 327 on a sunny April 12, 2025. The Beavers stnad eighth in a field separated by just 31 strokes from top to bottom.

Veterans Carson Brubaker (Shelby) and Brayden Tosi (Springfield/Kenton Ridge) were a formidable one-two punch, shooting 78 and 79, respectively, on day one from Kokomo. Freshman Drake Sommer (Montpelier) was just off their pace with am 83, while Jack Wyant (Mansfield/Lexington) rounded out the scorers with an 87. Jackson Eichler (Atwater/Waterloo) chipped in with a 92.

Day two from the Wildcat Creek Golf Club is slated for 9 a.m. on Sunday, April 13, 2025.
