BLUFFTON, Ohio - Bluffton University senior Nevin Robson (Kenton/Hardin Northern) has been named 2nd Team All-Heartland Conference following an outstanding final season for ne of Bluffton's all-time greats.
Following a superb junior season when Robson scored 15.9 PPG and pulled down 6.9 RPG en route to Honorable Mention All-HCAC recognition, he pushed those numbers even higher in 2025-26. Robson bucketed 16.6 PPG and ripped down 8.5 RPG, both third in the conference! His 113 made free throws were also 3rd in the HCAC as Robson made a living going to the basket. Robson was also top 5 in league with 37 steals, while his 60 assists were 17th.
Robson missed out on double digits just three times this season and he went over 20 points six times, including a career-high 30 in his final game at Anderson. He finished 28th all-time with 1,061 career points. Robson cashed in 257 career free throws (15th all-time) and with his 10 rebounds in the HCAC Tournament, the senior joined an elite group as the 12th member of the 1,000 point and 500 rebound club! The first member was Jim Sommer and the most recent, prior to Robson, was Thayne Recker in 2016. He capped off his career with 143 assists, 94 steals and 17 blocks.
With Robson as the engine, Bluffton earned a berth into the HCAC Tournament for the first time since 2021.
